la Uni\u00f3n Europea o a los ap\u00e1tridas a quienes se les reconoce la condici\u00f3n de refugiado de conformidad con la ley y la Convenci\u00f3n de Ginebra de 1951.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1f4bf7982d1b02577637373ef06e3c69\"><strong>Derechos de las personas refugiadas en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-947b65a2341eb7a39705536748ad42c6\"><strong>Durante la solicitud de asilo:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b47b4ef6d1f493965b0607c28e19d72c\">El solicitante de asilo recibe un documento oficial que demuestra su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica(conocido como \u201choja blanca\u201d o \u201ctarjeta roja\u201d).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2ad01f86291eeed92599234c42b79743\">La solicitud se comunica al Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-df1ce087b24143ea5b9483c987c43297\">No se podr\u00e1 ejecutar ninguna medida de devoluci\u00f3n, expulsi\u00f3n o extradici\u00f3n mientras se resuelve la solicitud<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b2daab58dfc703d1bb2cf1168cb70461\">El solicitante de asilo tiene el derecho a acceder a su expediente en cualquier momento.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c13c7a6c7b6951425064729a5d574776\">Puede trabajar transcurridos seis meses desde la entrevista, siempre que no haya una resoluci\u00f3n negativa.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-814c824da47929b721638c35696a0589\">Tiene derecho a asistencia jur\u00eddica gratuita y a un int\u00e9rprete.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6618934eff72de0b818293789bbbfccb\">Puede acceder a la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7144bd6107ce1e591d4ef429f8168d98\">Tiene acceso a la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica en igualdad de condiciones de los ciudadanos.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7cef438ef4cf34b1584fb0902a172ad4\">En caso de la ausencia de los&nbsp; recursos econ\u00f3micos, puede beneficiarse de alojamiento y apoyo social que le garantice una vida digna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-secondary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-696089931da075ae33634908aa286a48\"><strong>Con estatuto de refugiado o protecci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7a0b24c88e8dad5325c420fffb79261f\">Se le expide una Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero (TIE).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-92f4d27b3e0988b703d12b434594ab0b\">Puede obtener un documento de viaje si no dispone de pasaporte.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-base-color has-text-color has-link-color
